Support Organization, Raleigh Center. He writes extensively and teaches IBM
classes worldwide on all areas of TCP/IP. Before joining the ITSO, Adolfo
worked in the design and development of Communications Server for
OS/390, in RTP, NC. He holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics and B.S. and
M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Duke University, Durham, NC.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at Duke University,
with a concentration on Networking Systems.John Gatrell works for IBM in the UK. He has 15 years experience in communications customer support, and a further seven years in programming.
He holds a B.A. Honours degree in Physics from Oxford University. His
